Our hair may reflect our lack of a good diet and lack of energy just as ravaged skin or poor posture might.

As we age, the total number of the capillary loops which supply our our follicles with blood becomes significantly lesser. As the hair’s blood supply gets reduced, our only course of action is to stimulate greater hair follicle blood flow or overcome the reduced blood supply through the taking of hair vitamins. We can only stimulate greater blood flow to the hair follicles to a certain extent even with an excellent exercise program, so ultimately the best way to keep our hair as “young” as we possibly can is to supply our bodies with hair vitamins.
