As with all living cells, the living hair follicles absolutely benefit from improved nutrition.Bao Shi is not a vitamin supplement. The marketing for it is wrong. The label on the bottle does not list a single vitamin. Bao Shi contains a blend of herbs which means it contains a wide range of phytochemicals and may or may not be what your living hair follicles need to support their proper structure and function.So your mileage may vary, but it probably can’t hurt to try.
